The West Finchley Residents' Association ("WFRA") covers the area shown on the map, which is a charming residential area characterised by semi-detached and detached homes with an abundance of green space and tree lined streets. This peaceful environment with predominantly 3 to 5 bedroom homes, makes it ideal for families.
The area covers the houses bounded by Finchley Way, Brent Way, Chesterfield Road, Westbury Avenue, Argyle Road (between Westbury Avenue and Courthouse Road), Courthouse Road, Courthouse Gardens, Nether Street (between West Finchley Underground and Finchley Way), including Howcroft Crescent and Huntly Drive.
This area is also covered by the West Finchley Neighbourhood Plan 2020-2035 that was approved in 2021. Read it here
